Off Leash Obedience Course

Ready to take your dog's training to the next level? Our 4-Week Off-Leash Obedience Course is designed for dogs that already have a solid foundation in obedience and can reliably perform their skills on leash. This is an advanced course that builds upon existing training, not a beginner level class.

Throughout the course, we will systematically layer off-leash reliability onto core obedience behaviors including:

• Sit Stay
• Down Stay
• Place
• Recall (Come When Called)

We focus on creating clear communication, accountability, and reliability in real-world environments while helping handlers understand how to safely and effectively transition their dogs from on-leash to off-leash work.

Equipment Requirements: Students will need a compatible remote training collar. We offer Dogtra training systems and recommend the Dogtra CUE Gen2 and Dogtra 280X for this class, but we can discuss the best Dogtra training system for your needs. Approved systems from Dogtra and E-Collar Technologies may also be used with instructor approval.

Prerequisites: Dogs must demonstrate reliable on-leash obedience and have a clear understanding of sit, down, place, recall, and leash manners before enrolling. Handlers must have a foundation of marker training.
