Shipping policy

It's important to start by clarifying that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.

All orders are processed within 10 to 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or is ready for local pickup.

During busy times potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems are outside of your control. Lead time may increase around holidays, during product shortages, after sales, or any other time when business has increased. We try our best to stay as close to 10-14 day turnaround time as possible. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders local to Palmer and Wasilla, AK areas.

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you of order being ready for pickup. We have a Palmer and a Wasilla pickup location. Palmer pickup is scheduled around training class times and Wasilla pickup is available Monday-Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm local time

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at training facility in Palmer (301 E outer Springer Loop Unit 3) or at Tracy's Treasures in Wasilla (991 S Hermon Rd. Ste. 400) . After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 14 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are subject to trainer availability, but we strive to be timely. . Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come and provide the name the order was place under.
