Cancellation Policy

We value you as a client and respectfully request 24 hour notice for cancellations. Since your services are booked for you and your dog, missed appointments take away from other clients and loss of income impacts my ability to run a successful business. A missed appointment fee of the full lesson fee will be charged for appointments cancelled within 24 hours of start time and the full amount of reserved services will be charged for no call/no shows. 

Multiple reoccurrences will require non-refundable prepayment of services, and future bookings will be accepted only at trainer's discretion. Please understand that this policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availabilities, as well as keeping our schedules filled, which allows us to smoothly serve everyone.
