Refund policy
We have a 14 calendar day return and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after delivery to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or itemized proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label via email for you to return your items. Items sent back to us without being accepted as returnable will not be accepted as eligible for return. Returned items must be received within 14 calendar days of return label being sent. Shipping is nonrefundable and fulfillment and return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as expired or opened products,) custom products (such as special orders or personalized items,) and pet health/care goods (such as grooming or feeding products.) Leerburg items incur a 15% restocking fee. Please get in touch by email at heather@theclassycanineak.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on services, sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have for refund, and repurchase the item you want. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of order delivery.
Refunds
We are only able to process returns to the original payment method. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, and this additional processing by your financial institution is in addition to our refund processing time. All fees paid by the merchant are nonrefundable - these include processing fees set by Shopify, PayPal, or other payment method that the customer chooses.
